Misuse of this site constitutes a violation of registration and intellectual property rights,
both of images and content.

SHIPMENTS
Delivery transport may be handled internally or through authorized third parties for
shipments and deliveries of products purchased in our online store.
If the registered delivery address has no coverage, the registered phone number will be
contacted to validate the information and define how to proceed.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will attempt to
contact them via phone call, allowing a maximum wait period of 15 minutes.
In the unfortunate event that delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be contacted
to arrange and reschedule delivery, which may incur additional costs.
The person in charge of delivering the product will only deliver to the address indicated on
the dispatch guide.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The products displayed on www.amsausa.com are subject to availability directly from the
factories of each brand.
If the chosen product is not available, the customer will be notified via email or phone
number assigned to their order. The following options will be offered:
 An estimated delivery time for the product when restocked.
 If the product is discontinued, the customer will be offered similar or related product
options. If this alternative is of higher value, the customer will have the option to
pay the difference to acquire another product.

 If the above options do not meet the customer’s expectations, or no response is
received within 5 business days, a full refund of the original purchase payment will
be made.

WARRANTIES
1 year on parts against manufacturing defects.
Excludes electrical components, parts worn out due to normal use, improper use, or
installation of inadequate power.

Excludes equipment that has been damaged due to lack of maintenance AMSA suggests
maintenance every 4 months (with your trusted service provider) as a minimum for your
equipment. This will extend the life of the equipment and ensure that warranties are
processed smoothly.
Excludes refrigerated equipment used without voltage regulator, and own power supply
per equipment.
You can contact our team at customerservice@amsausa.com to claim your warranty.
Installation and maintenance services can be carried out directly from the supplier or by
your chosen service provider as long as they follow the Installation Manual instructions
provided with the equipment. Otherwise, the Warranty will be void.
Warranties within the US are handled directly by factories according to terms of each
brand.
International Warranties will be assisted by our customer service team. No warranty
outside de US includes shipping and delivery charges to destination.

SITE PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All information provided by the customer at the time of registration or purchase will be
treated with absolute confidentiality and privacy. AMSA Guatemala is limited to
safeguarding the following personal information of the customer: name, physical address,
telephone number, and email address.
